Robert Williams
Vice President, Construction Manager
Robert joined Arlington in 1980 when he was still in high school. He first worked as an electrician’s helper before earning his journeyman license. As the Vice President and Construction Manager, Robert provides hands-on supervision of major projects while ensuring the technicians and crew have the tools, equipment and supplies they need to meet their customer’s needs promptly and efficiently. Robert also coordinates directly with the contractor and the customer providing them with project details and updates.
For more than 35 years Robert has been integrally involved in Arlington’s extensive work in many health care facilities and served as Project Manager on several multimillion dollar construction renovation projects such as Sandhill Cove Assisted Living and Nursing Home, and others. He also has managed major projects in other types of facilities including Club Houses at John's Island, Villa Talavera at Verano and Jupiter Island Beach Club.
