Clifford “Ray” Arnold
Vice President, Project Estimator
 
Ray has been with Arlington Electric since 1982. Ray works with the owners and the contractors of construction projects to determine the cost and budgetary values. Once awarded the contract, Ray will work with suppliers and vendors to finalize product data and submittals for various systems included in the electrical scope of the project. He also handles the pricing and processing of any changes made to the electrical portion of a project during the course of construction.
Jack Briggs
Vice President, Project Estimator
 
Jack has been with Arlington Electric since 1983. This is his first and only electrical job he has ever had. Jack worked as a foreman and lead electrician on some of Arlington’s early projects and since has served as superintendent for a variety of the company’s largest installation projects.

Jack works with the construction team and determines the cost for the electrical portion of any given construction project. 
Steve Leis
Vice President, Project Estimator
 
Steve has been with Arlington Electric since 1978 and works with many of the areas general contractors on new construction projects. Steve analyzes each project, provides the contractor with competitive proposals for any size project. After contracts have been awarded, Steve puts together the shop drawings and coordinates the materials for the project.
